As a passionate and Professionally Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Medical Herbalist, & Counsellor, I understand that the best way to achieve our life’s goals is to take a proactive and integrative approach to being healthy and happy. I use Therapy, and Nutrition if needed, side by side to help achieve your goals.
MY STORY
Nothing and no one seemed to be able to help me, or my family, so I decided to make the changes for myself and that's where I found the passion for Natural Health and Counselling. Self learning, research, and Qualifications then fell in place, and here I am today!
As your Counsellor or Natual health care Practitioner, I provide comprehensive services to guide and help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges. Since 2008, I’ve worked with clients in order to achieve good health and balance in all aspects of life. It all starts with small change. What I Provide
As your Practitioner/Counsellor, I offer you unconditional positive regard, unyielding support, and perspective when you need someone to listen. I come from a totally unbiased and non judgmental place. All plans are manageable and made to be adjusted if need be so that they work specifically for you!

Counselling
As a Counsellor with academic and life experience in multiple areas, I have a good grasp on what clients need. When your desire for change is greater than staying the same, that's when the magic can really happen.Â
Costs vary and can be assessed on an individual basis, usually from $75.00
Nutritional Psychology &
Nutritional Medicine
With years of experience I have come to understand the role nutrition plays not only in Mental Health, but overall health and wellbeing. We can use this as part of the treatment plan for whatever your needs are. Pricing is from $50.00 or can be included in part of the counselling sessions if appropriate.
Natural Family Medicine &
Health Advocacy Service
When you need support with your other practitioners I can attend the appointments with you to help reduce confusion and help you better understand things. I can also advocate on your behalf with them. Costs vary depending on time needed and on an individual basis. From $45.00
